Are We Turning into computers?

Its always good to speak to art directors, art buyers and creative directors to get feedback on your portfolio. One of the main suggestions was that I should create more conceptual pieces. So back in April of last year I created this illustration. Which is not only meant to be conceptual but also thought provoking as well, in asking the question: In this digital age we live in are we turning into computer, are we hiding behind computers, smart phones and social media so much that we are forgetting how to communicate?  

To create this image I actually took a picture of myself for reference then drew the symbols in Illustrator before arranging the final composition and adding textures in Photoshop.
